About

A Bangkok practice for merchandise planning decisions

Pulse Gridpoint Co., Ltd. helps retail planning teams turn sell-through, capacity, and open-to-buy into briefings the buying committee can use.

Registered business

The official registered business name is Pulse Gridpoint Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2018 in Dusit, Bangkok, after its founders spent years inside regional retail planning rooms watching assortment debates stall on conflicting spreadsheets.

Early work focused on seasonal assortment packs for specialty apparel and lifestyle retailers. Over time, category briefings, markdown timing studies, and open-to-buy visual packs joined the offer as clients asked for shorter formats between full season reviews.

How we approach the work

We stay close to the merchandise calendar. Charts are drawn for the length of Thailand’s sell windows, fixture capacity, and the real lag between purchase orders and floor receipt. We brief in person when the decision is large; we deliver packs remotely when the question is narrower.

Values in the room

  • One shared picture before debate begins
  • Estimates labeled as estimates
  • Recommendations sized to floor capacity, not only to margin models
  • Respect for the planner’s calendar and the buyer’s vendor constraints
