How an engagement moves from export to briefing

A clear sequence for retail planning teams who need merchandising analytics without inventing a new weekly ritual.

1. Discovery and data request

We confirm the season, categories in scope, and the decision the committee must make. You receive a short data request: prior seasons’ sales by subclass or SKU, open-to-buy residual, and notes on floor capacity where available.

2. Category performance mapping

Sell-through, aging, and weeks of supply are mapped against the remaining sell window. We mark soft figures honestly so the room does not treat estimates as fixed truths.

3. Visual planning pack

Charts and narrative boards are prepared for the meeting — assortment stance, depth recommendations, and any markdown timing that intersects the buy.

4. Live briefing

We walk the pack with your planners in Dusit or on your merchandise floor. Disagreements stay on the table; we revise once after buyer feedback.

5. Handoff

You keep the final pack for internal use. Ongoing daily monitoring is outside scope unless you book a separate study later in the season.
