Acceptance
By browsing pulse-gridpoint.click or confirming an engagement with Pulse Gridpoint Co., Ltd., you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a retailer or planning group, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
Services described
Pages on this site describe merchandising analytics engagements, rates guidance, and related information. Descriptions are informational until a written confirmation or statement of work sets scope, fees, and delivery dates.
Intellectual property
Website content, visual identity, and materials we create for marketing remain the property of Pulse Gridpoint Co., Ltd. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are licensed to the client for internal retail planning use unless a separate agreement states otherwise. You may not resell our packs as a product to third parties.
Client materials
You retain ownership of sales exports and planning data you provide. You grant us a limited license to use that material solely to perform the engagement. We do not claim ownership of your assortment or commercial results.
Liability
Merchandise decisions remain yours. Our briefings and visual packs support planning judgment; they do not guarantee sell-through, margin, or inventory outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Pulse Gridpoint Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on analytical recommendations. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.
Website use
You may not misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access to systems hosting it, or scrape content for competing commercial reuse without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements contracted under them, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
